When calling the hotel (972-980-8877) to reserve a room at the special show rate of $85.00 per night press 1 for reservations and request the APOTAC event rate or ask for block code AT7. This rate expires on July 17, 2009.
For those who wish to make reservations online, please use the following instructions:
*The 3 letter booking code is AT7 and the cut off date is 7/17/09.
*To book on line have the guest click on the link www.cpgalleria-nr.crowneplaza.com
*Next, go to the left hand column under check availability.
*Click on the calendar to the dates they need to reserve (day in and day out).
*Last, enter the 3-letter code AT7
*Click on check availability, once the dates and block code have been entered.
*You will then see what availability they have, and move forward booking they reservation.
